PROFESSIONAL MODELING BOOT CAMP – NEW YORK

1. INTRODUCTION
Through this document, IDOL JOSE GROUP LLC is pleased to present this Participation Proposal to take part in the Professional Modeling Boot Camp in New York City, an intensive program designed to enhance professional development, international exposure, and real-world experience within the fashion industry.
The project will take place from (date indicated on the form), 2026, within the framework of New York Fashion Week, during which the participant will receive specialized training, professional guidance, and participation in strategic industry-related activities.

2. PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
The main objective of the Boot Camp is to:
• Strengthen the model’s professional image and projection.
• Provide practical training in runway walking, makeup, and image development.
• Generate professional photographic material.
• Offer real experience through participation in fashion shows with designers.
• Prepare the participant for future opportunities within the modeling industry.

3. INVESTMENT
The total investment to participate in the program is:
USD $2,590
This amount has been previously discussed and established to cover the services included in the program.

4. THE PROGRAM INCLUDES
• Creation and development of a professional look.
• Runway photography session (includes professional makeup).
◦ The material will be delivered to the participant.
• Personalized social media consulting (Instagram and Facebook).
◦ Paid advertising campaigns (ADS) are not included.
• Two (2) master classes in runway walking and makeup.
• Participation in two (2) fashion shows with two (2) designers.
• General coordination and professional guidance throughout the project.

5. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
This proposal does NOT include:
• Accommodation.
◦ If required, shared-room lodging may be offered at an additional cost of USD $500, without companion.
• Meals.
• Airfare.
• Additional makeup services and/or extra photo sessions that may arise in New York City.
◦ If required, these services will have an additional cost of USD $550.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
• Participation in the program is subject to acceptance of this proposal and the signing of the corresponding Participation Agreement / Contract.
• Should additional opportunities arise (such as extra runway shows, events, or activities), these may be carried out upon mutual agreement and will be subject to additional costs according to the established conditions.
• Availability is limited and subject to capacity.

7. ACCEPTANCE
If this proposal is of interest and accepted, IDOL JOSE GROUP LLC will proceed with the formalization of the Participation Contract, which will outline the legal terms, payment conditions, cancellation policies, and commitments between the parties.
