I accept the following conditions:
This Participation Agreement and Terms and Conditions Agreement are entered into between IDOLJOSE GROUP LLC, with registered address at 4805 NW 79th Ave, Suite 3, Doral, FL 33126, duly represented by its legal representative Idolfredo Hernández (hereinafter, “IDOLJOSE GROUP”), and (name indicated in this form) (hereinafter, “THE PARTICIPANT”), based on the free will of the parties, who declare that they are acting without coercion from third parties, in accordance with the following clauses:
1. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT: The purpose of this contract is to establish the terms and conditions for THE PARTICIPANT’S participation in the activities organized by IDOLJOSE GROUP as part of (event name indicated in this form), to be held between (event day idicated in this form).
2. FEES AND PAYMENT METHOD: THE PARTICIPANT agrees to pay IDOLJOSE GROUP the total sum of US dollars equal to the written amount [amount] as professional fees for the services described in this document.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES: IDOLJOSE GROUP will provide the following services to THE PARTICIPANT:
3.1 Social media consulting (Instagram). Expenses related to advertising campaigns (ADS) and community manager services are excluded.
3.2 Two master classes: High Fashion Runway, Photo Pose.
3.3 Photo shoot during the event’s runway show.
3.4 Covered accommodations during the event.
3.5 Domestic transportation included, within the schedule previously established by the organizers.
Sole Paragraph: Specific logistical details regarding accommodations, transportation, and master class schedules will be communicated in a timely manner through the usual administrative channels. This information is considered an integral part of the event’s coordination and does not require express specification within this contract.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY AND REFUNDS: Both parties agree to sign a confidentiality agreement supplementing this contract. In the event of cancellation by THE PARTICIPANT, the following refund conditions will apply: If full payment (100%) has been made and the participant subsequently decides not to continue, only 30% of the amount paid will be refunded within 30 days of the event’s completion. The deposit (50%) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION: If the participant is a minor or legally impeded from participating, and this prevents them from participating in the described activities, they will not be entitled to any refund or compensation. This situation is completely beyond the control and responsibility of IDOLJOSE GROUP.
6. PENALTY CLAUSE: If THE PARTICIPANT provides false or unverifiable information regarding his/her physical measurements or personal description, and this affects the purpose of this contract, or in the event of: Being absent without justification, Not being prepared, Failure to comply with the commitments assumed, Arriving late to any scheduled activity, OR withdrawing from his/her participation, he/she will automatically lose all the benefits stipulated in this document without the right to reimbursement, except as provided in clause 4. In addition, a monetary penalty for damages will be applied, the amount of which will be determined by IDOLJOSE GROUP based on the damages caused.
7. EVENT CANCELLATION DUE TO REASONS BEYOND THE PARTICIPANT’S CONTROL: In the event that the Doral Fashion Week event is canceled in whole or in part for reasons beyond THE PARTICIPANT’S control (including, but not limited to, force majeure, government decisions, health contingencies, or logistical unforeseen events), IDOLJOSE GROUP will evaluate the situation and, as appropriate, will issue a partial or full refund of the amounts paid by THE PARTICIPANT. The percentage of the refund will depend on the progress of the project and the operating expenses already incurred.
8. LIMITATION OF CONTRACTUAL SCOPE: This contract is limited exclusively to the services described herein. Any additional benefits offered by third parties or arising outside the scope of this document are not part of this agreement. Should THE PARTICIPANT request additional benefits from IDOLJOSE GROUP, such services will be subject to new conditions, costs, and compensation, which will be determined exclusively by IDOLJOSE GROUP.
9. ACCEPTANCE Both parties declare that they have read and understood the contents of this contract, fully accepting the conditions described herein. This agreement enters into force upon signature and will remain in effect until the conclusion of Doral Fashion Week 2025 and the delivery of the agreed services.
